Mike began his career with FTI as an electrical apprentice. During his tenure with the company, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility and strategic influence, including project manager, executive vice president, president and most recently, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
As CEO, Mike is responsible for providing strategic leadership by establishing long-range goals and strategies aligning with future national growth opportunities. He oversees all levels of corporate management, establishes corporate objectives, ensures profitability growth, fulfills corporate commitment, implements efficiencies and mentors fellow executives.
Mike serves as an arbiter of Faith values through modeling and educating the values, and explaining how they contribute to the enterprise functions. Mike acts as a role model and the champion of change for the company.
Rollie founded what is now known as Faith Technologies in 1972. He has built a legacy of quality, efficiency, and safety while garnering much recognition for his entrepreneurial success, business acumen, and exceptional industry knowledge.
After dedicating his career to establishing one of the top 20 largest electrical and technology systems contractors in the U.S., Rollie transitioned from CEO to Chairman of the Board in October 2013. As Chairman of the Board, he manages and provides leadership to the Board of Directors and independent advice and counsel to the CEO. Rollie also leads meetings of the Board of Directors, ensures board members receive accurate, timely and clear information, in particular about the company’s performance, and acts as a liaison between the Board and management of the company, through the CEO.
David began his career with FTI as an electrical apprentice, and later assumed roles as a specialty systems technician and in project management. He has continued to serve in positions of increasing responsibility and strategic influence from vice president and executive vice president, to group president and president of construction.
In his most recent role as president of Faith Technologies and Excellerate, David is responsible for developing and executing the strategic and tactical operational plans for the company. He strives to achieve efficient and profitable objectives while assuring there is a strong management team in place capable of effectively growing and managing the business.
David completed the Electronics Engineering Technology program at Herzing University, Madison, Wisconsin, and also studied construction courses at Clemson University, South Carolina.
Michael joined FTI, building upon his successful career formulating strategy and implementation at organizations around the world. As a member of the executive team and leader of strategic services, he sets organizational direction on building financial strength and enhancing the organization’s ability to effectively support its growth.
Michael has a diverse functional leadership background encompassing engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales and marketing, talent, information technology, corporate strategy and large-scale transformations. His industry experience is across electronics, automotive, consumer products goods, construction and business consulting. Michael has more than a decade of proven P&L management with broad exposure to corporate capital structures, company valuation methodologies and private equity models. He is skilled in creating high-performance teams and enjoys developing and mentoring team members to best position them for success. Michael’s leadership objective is to drive and practice servant leadership with a people-first mindset.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology, Automation Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
Scott began his career with FTI as director of strategic growth, later taking on roles including group president of industrial and president of Excellerate prior to moving to president of EnTech Solutions.
Scott is responsible for the development and growth of the energy business, while leading the management team to produce reliable, long-term solutions in the ever-changing sustainable resource environment. Scott is also responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships and the business development efforts for energy services.
Scott is devoted to the smart, efficient production of clean and reliable energy, providing comfort and confidence to our customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology, with an emphasis in Plant Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Bob began his career with FTI serving in several vice president roles before assuming his current position as executive director. In this role he supports FTI’s overall corporate objectives, ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the organization’s commitment to the community.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and is also a graduate of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Executive Program from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, Illinois.
George began his career with FTI as an electrical apprentice. He held several leadership roles within the organization including vice president of operations, executive vice president, chief operating officer and group president before assuming the role of executive director.
In this role, George is responsible for developing and leading the continuous improvement culture and sustaining the competitive advantage of the company. He is also responsible at the Board of Director and Executive Team level to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and lead innovation. George is active in the daily management of the company and is responsible for all aspects of strategic management.
As senior vice president of business technologies, Mike drives a vision for technology to support the company’s strategies. This includes innovation, cross-functional coordination and problem solving, building a team for peak performance and driving customer value through technology. Mike serves as a subject matter expert to the company on both strategic and tactical technology initiatives, and is accountable for end-to-end information technology (IT) strategy, execution, talent building and alignment with executive leadership and business strategy. He leads all aspects of IT including digital applications, project management, system engineering/networking, data and analytics, digital workplace and architecture.
Prior to joining FTI, Mike held positions of increasing responsibility with Kimberly-Clark. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
As vice president of talent, Julie is responsible for driving the implementation and achievement of all talent-related strategies to deliver a coordinated, connected, and positive experience for team members that supports profitability and creates competitive advantage. She provides talent guidance to the business and provides leadership for the organization’s talent function, including talent acquisition, talent services and operations, learning and development, workforce management and total rewards. Julie’s talent leadership philosophy is oriented around optimizing people-centered activities that attract, engage, develop, reward and retain top talent. She, along with the collective talent team, is responsible for linking the people-side to the business-side through building individual competence, team collaboration, leadership capabilities and enhancing organizational effectiveness that reinforce FTI’s people-focused culture, values and beliefs.
Julie was previously executive vice president and chief people officer at Brown & Brown Insurance prior to joining FTI. Her prior human resources experience spans the manufacturing, automotive and aerospace industries. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and SPHR and SHRM-SCP human resources professional certifications.
As vice president of supply chain, Jonathan works to lead and optimize the FTI supply chain using continuous improvement tools for best-in-class value capture. He is responsible for demand through delivery including planning, procurement, logistics, productivity and operations support. He acts as liaison between all operational units, internal and external vendors and customers, engaging a holistic approach to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional customer value.
Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Prior to joining FTI, he held positions of increasing responsibility in both sales and supply chain operations within the packaging manufacturing space, serving globally branded customers.
