Apprenticeships
Our electrical apprenticeship and specialty systems apprenticeship programs offer comprehensive learning opportunities that enable apprentices to learn and advance their careers while experiencing on-the-job training.
Youth Apprenticeship
FTI’s youth apprentice program provides paid electrical and technical experience and education credits to high school seniors to prepare them for a career in the trades.

Orientation
Upon hire, new team members are welcomed through one full-day orientation session to provide the initial training and information needed to begin a successful career at FTI.
