FTI provides nationwide emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your electrical power, low voltage specialty systems, energy and automation needs. Whether you have a contract with us or not, our three-step process gets you connected with someone on site or remotely as soon as possible.
Three steps to establish emergency service.
STEP 1: Before You Call, Gather Information
The more information you provide, the faster we can help you!
- Equipment Serial Number(s), Make, Model, Size; Type of Alarms; Equipment Location
- Note any power interruptions or failures
- Be ready to provide your name, company name, phone number, state and brief description of the problem
STEP 2: Make the Call
Normal Hours (Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

- Describe your issue to our front desk
- You will then be transferred to the appropriate FTI service manager for troubleshooting and to coordinate next steps
- Technician(s) will be connected with you remotely, and will then be dispatched to your site, if necessary
After Hours, Weekends, Holidays

- Press 2 to speak with our representative
- Describe your issue
- You will receive a call back within 20 minutes from our on-call staff to coordinate next steps and begin troubleshooting
- Technician(s) will be connected with you remotely, and will then be dispatched to your site, if necessary
STEP 3: Resolve Your Service Need
Once troubleshooting is completed and/or a technician is dispatched, we’ll keep you informed with:
- Regular updates including timeline and repair status
- Pricing and budgeting guidelines
- Recommendations for repair or replacement
