Community Involvement
Driving Change in Our Communities

We’re proud to support charitable organizations that expand education, foster community health and ensure equal access to essential resources. Making our communities stronger is central to our mission of creating world-class opportunities to succeed.

Our Charitable Giving Priorities

FTI provides sponsorships and donations to non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations that:

  • Advocate for furthering education and skills related to our industries
  • Promote health and wellness in the community
  • Contribute to sustainability and conservation
  • Support the well-being of military veterans
  • Prevent poverty with innovative social programs

Ways We Give

Our 2021 Holiday Giving campaign was themed “Acts of Kindness.” Throughout the holiday season, we shared ideas for making a difference and encouraged others to share acts of kindness and to vote for one of the five charities we partnered with. For 2021 we aligned with charities that support our Culture of Care initiative, and the winning charity, National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, received a $10,000 donation. Each of our other charitable partners received $500 donations.

FTI proudly partners with United Way annually to raise funds to support their mission to advance the common good. Through the generosity of our team members, pledges of more than $106,000 were made in 2021, more than doubling our participation and giving amounts from the previous year.

With a company match, FTI and our employees pledged nearly $160,000 to support important United Way programs specific to the communities in which we live and work.

While it’s not possible to support every cause with which we are presented, it’s a great privilege and joy to invest in our communities.
