2021
Faith Technologies Incorporated becomes the parent brand to Faith Technologies, EnTech Solutions and Excellerate.
Culture of Care, an employee wellness program focused on mind, body and soul, is established.
2014
After nearly 20 years of off-site manufacturing efficiencies, Excellerate is named as the manufacturing partner for Faith Technologies.
2010
Faith Technologies launches Electric U, the in-house apprenticeship program. By 2015, the program is fully integrated and transitions to Faith Technologies University [FTU].
Faith Technologies wins AGC Construction Safety Excellence Award, recognizing construction companies that excel at safety and health performance.
2004
Corporate wellness program focused on the wellbeing of employees is established.
2002
Town & Country Electric and SKC Electric were purchased back from Encompass Services Corporation. Doing business under their respective names, they become divisions of Faith Technologies, Inc., operating under employee ownership.
1996
Town & Country Electric acquires Dory Electric of Crivitz, WI.
1980
Bill Love establishes SKC Electric in Kansas City, MO.

1998
Town & Country Electric and SKC Electric merge into a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Capital Corporation (CCC). CCC later becomes Building One Services Corporation, then Encompass Services Corporation in 2000.

Roland Stephenson establishes Town & Country Electric in Appleton, WI.

Throughout our company history, FTI has never stood on our laurels and felt like we’ve done ‘enough,’ whether it’s building our business, satisfying our customers or keeping our people safe. This innovative spirit has led to our past success and remains the driver to our future.
We have a lot to be proud of over the last 50 years, and I cannot thank our team members enough for all they do to serve our customers, safely and productively, each day.
