Integrated Mechanical Systems Across Design, Fabrication and Delivery

Excellerate, FTI’s manufacturing brand, delivers engineered mechanical systems and assemblies designed to support complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. These products align with project-specific requirements and integrate seamlessly across disciplines.

Mechanical Systems

Product Overview

Our mechanical offerings support mission-critical and industrial applications through a range of fabricated and preassembled components. These include mechanical skids designed for integration, transport and installation, as well as pipe fabrication in carbon steel, stainless steel and copper, all built to precise specifications.

The portfolio also includes headers and distribution assemblies that support fluid performance and system reliability, along with structural frames and skid bases that provide a foundation for multi-trade systems. In addition, preassembled mechanical systems combine piping, structure and equipment into integrated units that streamline installation and improve consistency in the field.

Integrated by Design

Mechanical systems are developed in coordination with engineering, virtual design and construction (VDC) and field teams to ensure alignment from design through installation. This approach improves constructability, reduces coordination challenges and supports consistent execution across project environments.

Manufacturing Environment

Mechanical products are fabricated and assembled within dedicated environments designed to support multi-material production across carbon steel, stainless steel and copper. These environments are structured to enable scalable production of skids and assemblies while maintaining controlled workflows that support quality, precision and repeatability.

Vertically Integrated Delivery Model

Mechanical systems are a key component of our broader delivery model. By aligning mechanical, electrical and structural solutions within a single framework, we strengthen coordination across disciplines and supports a more predictable, streamlined path from design to delivery.
