FTI recognized in national, regional wellness programs

Menasha, Wis. – Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, announces its recognition as one of the 2023 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America, an award given to organizations that prioritize employee wellness and create a healthy work environment. This is the eighth year FTI has received national recognition as a healthiest employer, moving up in rank from #89 to #70 nationwide.

Healthiest Employers® is an innovative awards program created to recognize companies that proactively shape the health of their employees. Companies are recognized for their commitment to workplace wellness and exceptional health and benefits offerings and are ranked on categories such as culture and leadership commitment, strategic planning, communications, programming, reporting and analytics.

FTI team members accepted the Atlanta Healthiest Employer Award in August 2023.

In addition, the American Heart Association honored FTI with a Gold-level Workforce Well-being Scorecard™. This program is designed to help employers evaluate the culture of health and well-being within their workforces to identify gaps and determine how their progress stacks up to peer organizations.

FTI’s wellness program helps team members build healthy habits across all areas of well-being to achieve long-term health. From reimbursements for fitness and nutrition needs, to mental health training and financial wellness education, team members and their families have the tools they need to be their best selves every day. FTI’s Culture of Care encourages team members to focus on supporting and caring for one another, especially as it relates to mental health. A “Time to Recharge” benefit provides additional monthly time off to use toward self-care, personal development or professional health services. Since its inception, 92% of team members have taken advantage of this benefit, totaling more than 90,000 hours.

“FTI strives to create opportunities for our team members to succeed, and that starts with making sure they have the support they need in their well-being journey,” said Alyssa Kwasny, wellness program director. “Caring for the total health and well-being of our team demonstrates how much we value them. Our wellness program is crafted to support the whole person – mind, body and soul – and is built to be a personalized experience based on each person’s health journey.”

With a nationwide presence, FTI was also recognized in several regional 2023 Healthiest Employers listings:
