Grande Cheese

The Boldt Company, the general contractor for Grande Cheese’s fresh expansion project, reached out to FTI to provide design assistance and installation of a 30,000-square-foot fresh cheese plant expansion, which included the building’s core and shell, three production lines and processing equipment. FTI and Boldt have worked closely on many projects over the years, and they recognize the quality of work in the services FTI offers.

Excellerate®

FTI built a new Excellerate facility in Little Chute, Wisconsin. The 385,000-square-foot smart manufacturing facility project began in November 2022 and was completed in November 2023. The facility uses clean energy technologies to lower carbon emissions with the goal of reaching net zero energy in the future.

Exact Sciences’ Nexus One

Exact Sciences, a global life sciences and cancer diagnostics organization, undertook project additions at its Nexus One building in Madison, Wisconsin. The project included its research and development center, as well as laboratory and warehouse additions.

Dallmann East River Dairy

EnTech Solutions™, a brand of FTI, collaborated with U.S. Gain to integrate a solar microgrid at its Dallmann East River Dairy digester. The digester produces renewable natural gas (RNG) for the transportation industry. The microgrid generates and stores renewable electricity to power the digester operations, reducing the grid power and natural gas demand. This lowers the carbon intensity (CI) of the RNG, making it more sustainable and valuable.

Confidential Client: Radiation Treatment Facility

FTI was an integral partner on a critical healthcare project in the Kansas City region. The project involved building a new radiation therapy facility on the campus of a large medical center.

Confidential Client: Overhead Conveyance Trestle

FTI designed and installed overhead trestles to support low-, medium- and high-voltage conveyance for large data centers across several states. We used our Excellerate® brand to fabricate overhead trestle systems to hold the electrical cabling required to connect power to various pieces of equipment, such as electrical buildings or generators. Overall, these systems eliminate the need for on-site underground power duct banks, replacing them with modularized 50-foot sections that can be easily deployed on a jobsite.

Children's Wisconsin, one of the nation's top pediatric facilities, initiated a multi-year Milwaukee Campus Improvement Project (MCIP) in 2018 to enhance clinical collaboration and efficiencies, improve the child and family experience and support the use of innovative technologies.
