This policy describes how Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) collects and uses information for the FTI Productivity Time Tracker. It applies to that application only. It does not apply to FTI’s websites, to other FTI applications, or to information FTI collects in any other setting.
The FTI Productivity Time Tracker is a timer used internally to conduct time and process studies. A study measures how long the steps of a work process take, so that FTI can identify wasted time and improve how work is organized. The application contains no content when it is installed. An authorized team member loads a configuration file supplied by FTI, and that file provides the timer settings and the list of task categories used in a given study. There is no sign-in and no user account.
The FTI Productivity Time Tracker is not used for timekeeping, payroll, or individual performance evaluation. It does not record hours worked by any team member, it is not connected to FTI payroll or timekeeping systems, and study results are not used to evaluate, discipline, or make decisions about any individual. Studies measure processes, not people.
The FTI Productivity Time Tracker does not collect any PII (Personally Identifiable Information). There is no sign-in, no user account, and no field in which any individual is identified. A study records elapsed time against the task categories defined in the configuration file, keyed to the process, work step, or station being observed. Studies are not keyed to individuals. The application does not record the name or employee number of anyone observed during a study, or of the team member conducting the study.
The FTI Productivity Time Tracker does not collect logs, session data, usage analytics, or diagnostic information. The application contains no analytics, crash reporting, or advertising software, and it does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or any similar tracking technology.
The FTI Productivity Time Tracker does not request or access location, contacts, photo library, camera, microphone, messages, call logs, health data, or files on the device. If a device is configured to unlock the application with a fingerprint or face scan, that check is performed by the device’s operating system; FTI does not receive or store biometric data.
FTI does not collect information through the FTI Productivity Time Tracker. The application operates entirely on the device on which it is installed. It has no internet connectivity and no server behind it, and it transmits nothing to FTI or to any third party.
Reminders shown by the application, such as a notice that a timer is still running, are generated on the device itself. Turning them on registers nothing with FTI, Apple, or Google, and they can be turned off at any time in device settings.
No information is shared. The application has no internet connectivity, so there is nothing for it to transmit and no recipient to transmit it to. Nothing from the application is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising or for any other purpose.
When a study is complete, the team member conducting it may share the results using the share function built into their device. That function belongs to the device’s operating system rather than to the application, and the team member chooses where the results go. The application does not send results anywhere on its own, stores no email addresses, and keeps no record of what was sent or where.
No Personally Identifiable Information is collected or stored. Study results remain on the device on which they were recorded until the team member deletes them or shares them. Results that a team member shares are internal FTI work product, and FTI keeps and disposes of them in the same way as its other internal business records.
FTI shall implement reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the security of the application. Configuration files and study results are internal FTI materials and are handled under FTI’s information security and acceptable use policies.
The FTI Productivity Time Tracker does not contain links to websites operated by parties other than FTI.
The FTI Productivity Time Tracker is intended for authorized FTI team members and is not meant for children under the age of 13. The application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. If FTI learns that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, FTI will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
