Project Overview

Meta is developing a new 1,500 acre data center campus in Lebanon, Indiana, which will be one of the company’s largest U.S. investments to date. The multi phase project will include a series of data center buildings, a dedicated network and AI facility, logistics space and administrative operations.

FTI, partnering with Turner and Mortenson, will help deliver the campus. FTI’s role includes creating near site manufacturing and integration facilities with capacity to support large scale production, executing millions of labor hours with an industrialized approach and building two major warehouse hubs to keep materials flowing efficiently to the site.
