FTI’s safety leadership was further recognized nationally when Jansen was named by the National Safety Council as one of the 2025 “CEOs Who ‘Get It’,” an honor recognizing executive commitment to worker safety and health.
The company’s strong performance also earned broader industry recognition. FTI ranked No. 11 on Associated Builders and Contractors’ 2025 Top 250 Performers list and was named to Deloitte’s 2025 Wisconsin 75, reflecting continued momentum among the state’s top private companies.
To support growing customer demand, FTI expanded operations in El Paso, Texas, creating more than 200 skilled manufacturing and electrical jobs, and introduced FTI ON, a lifecycle support service designed to optimize mission-critical infrastructure through long-term operational and technical support.
FTI also continued investing in its people in 2025, welcoming 1,827 new hires (including 1,022 team member referrals) and expanding workforce development initiatives. A total of 134 students participated in FTI job shadow events across Wisconsin and Kansas, providing hands-on exposure to skilled trades, STEM careers and real-world project environments. The company also doubled the size of its Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship program, growing to 26 apprentices, and was recognized with the Employ Humanity “Best Internship Program” designation for its leadership in youth apprenticeship and workforce development.
Supporting these efforts, FTI earned placement on the 2025 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America list for the 10th year, with regional recognition in Atlanta (#4), Kansas City (honoree), Tennessee (#2) and Wisconsin (#3), and received Mental Health America’s 2025 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing the company’s commitment to creating a safe, healthy workplace.
