MENASHA, Wis. — Faith Technologies Incorporated™ (FTI) is excited to announce the hiring of Chad Carter as data center operations director to meet the rapidly growing needs of data center servicing and maintenance nationwide.

FTI works with data center teams to enhance a facility’s operational performance, maintenance and service delivery. Carter’s previous experience as a senior operations manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) mirrors that focus on day-to-day operations while maintaining high operational standards in a mission-critical environment.

Any amount of downtime can have an immediate impact on millions of users, costing billions of dollars. With no room for error, specialized care is required to not only maintain data centers’ uptime but also masterfully orchestrate infrastructure maintenance.

Ryan Sodamann, vice president of FTI’s National Solutions Services (NS2), sites specific skills and experience that Chad brings to the team.

Carter has more than 13 years of experience in the data center industry. While working in various roles, from technician to leadership, Carter gained a well-rounded understanding of how to keep critical data center infrastructure operating efficiently and reliably as well as the importance of proactive maintenance and service strategies to significantly reduce operational risk.

This combination of background and expertise makes Carter the right fit as data center operations director for the NS2 team at FTI.
