FTI recognized for its commitment to safety by the National Association of Women in Construction

Menasha, Wis. – Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, earned the first place 2022-2023 Safety Excellence Award from the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). This is the fourth consecutive year FTI has received this recognition from NAWIC for its proactive safety and health programs.

Sara Hutchcraft and Kelsey Harlow, Faith Technologies Incorporated team members, accept FTI’s first place 2022-2023 Safety Excellence Award from the National Association of Women in Construction. Sara is the immediate past president of the NAWIC Greater Kansas City Chapter #100.

NAWIC’s Safety Excellence Award is presented to NAWIC member companies who recognize safety as a corporate value and commitment. Companies must have implemented excellent safety and wellness programs and innovative solutions for creating strong safety cultures within their organizations. Judging is based on owner/upper management commitment, proactive safety and health programs, consistent enforcement policies, employee training, management committee initiatives and program implementation creativity and innovation.
